The next record is an interesting rarity in the history of French music: in 1965, Jean-Pierre Kalfon hesitates between a career as an actor and a singer. After all, he decided to release an EP: “Chanson hebdomadaire”, the actor announced French punk 10 years in advance.

Original soundtracks
We learned, on September 10, the death of the actress Diana Rigg. Icon of the sixties, she distinguished herself in her role as Emma Peel in « The avengers » serie. Most recently, she played the matriarchal Lady Olenna Tyrell, during five seasons, in the very famous Game of Thrones.
For the next Europe 1 auction the Music Auction team wanted to pay with emotion a tribute to mrs Rigg with this 7“ of « The avengers ». Original pressing, this record is also to an another time: the sixites.

Let’s continue our musical adventure in the Europe 1 records collection with the OST style and here, the Godard’s "Pierrot le Fou". It was in 1965 that Jean-Luc Godard produced one of his most accomplished works and certainly the one which largely contributed to his glory. The character of Ferdinand was the mirror of the director ideology through this nonconformist character, philosopher, love of freedom and independent of this consumer society oncoming.
This 7“ record is a testament to the French culture and especially to the history of cinema. It will be auctioned in November 28 at the Bellemare Studios in Europe 1.
