How to buy with Music Auction?
Buy at auction
How to buy ?
-
Live auctions:
The buyer should be present at the auction.
Entrance is free and everyone can attend the sale.
The buyer interested in the item sold at auction simply has to raise his hand to bid higher.
-
Online auctions:
On the internet, the buyer can outbid from a computer or his smartphone, by betting the amount of his choice.
-
Telephone auctions:
The buyer can overbid by phone: just register before the sale. We call him at the time of the sale of the object he covets ... It's up to him to put the bids!
-
“Purchase order” auctions:
The buyer, unavailable at the time of the sale, can leave a “purchase order” in advance. He indicates the maximum amount of his bid higher for the object which interests him and a member of staff will use this order to bid higher for the buyer. The sum indicated on the purchase order is only a maximum, but it is not necessarily the hammer price.
For example, the auction starts at 200€ for a guitar, and Liam left an order at 1000€ . There are no more bidders against Liam's purchase order above 700€ … Liam therefore wins the lot and the auctions stop at 700€ .
If the auction continues above 1000€ , because Noel outbids on the same guitar, Liam loses the auction battle and the guitar is sold to Noel at 1100€ .
Buy at a private sale
The item is sold at a fixed price, and you can buy it like in a shop. A commission, which is determined in advance, is added to the fixed price.
Music Auction can also take care of finding an object you are looking for. Thanks to our network and our international clientele, we will be able to find the guitar of your dreams, the one you have been looking for but found no trace anywhere else!
How much does it cost to buy?
If the sum announced by Music Auction suits you, you can buy it at this price, plus the 15% commission including VAT.
Example: Quincy buys a trumpet at 1000€ fixed price. After the 15% commission on the sale price deduced, he will pay 1150€.
